What ArveBot does
ArveBot helps you read and check e-invoices, create structured invoices and convert bank statements. The tool page tells you which formats and checks are supported. ArveBot does not send invoices to customers, tax authorities, Peppol or national platforms.
Check the result before using it
ArveBot is not an accountant, tax adviser, lawyer or government authority. A successful check does not guarantee that a customer or authority will accept a document. AI may structure a bank statement, but it never decides whether an invoice passes. You are responsible for checking source documents, results, totals and legal or delivery requirements.
Use the service fairly
Only process data you are allowed to use. Do not submit illegal content or malware, bypass limits, attack the service, commit fraud or present an ArveBot result as official certification. You keep ownership of your documents and generated files. ArveBot's software, design and brand remain ours. You give us only the temporary permission needed to process a request.
Accounts, availability and paid plans
Keep your email account secure. We may limit or suspend abusive or unlawful use, perform maintenance or change unsupported features. We aim to keep ArveBot available but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. You may stop using ArveBot and delete your account at any time.
Paid plans cannot currently be purchased. Joining a waitlist is free and does not create a purchase obligation. Before paid plans open, we will show the full price, VAT, renewal, cancellation and withdrawal information before you order.
Liability
We provide the free tools with reasonable care. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on an unchecked result, using the wrong delivery channel or failing to keep your own copy of a document. For business users, our total liability for the free service is limited to EUR 100.
This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud, intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
Complaints, law and changes
Email complaints to hello@arvebot.com. We respond in writing within 15 days where Estonian consumer law requires it. Eligible consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee after first contacting us.
Estonian law applies, but consumers keep the mandatory rights of the country where they live. We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes and will give reasonable notice of important changes.
